ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND MOTIONS
PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY
Please take a moment to read the following list of essential job functions. Please check each selection you are UNABLE to perform:

Must be able to see sufficiently, possess good hearing, follow directions, speak and understand English.
Must be able to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four (4) to five (5) hours in length.
Must have the ability to bend, stoop, lift, twist, push and pull.
Must have the ability to vertically and horizontally extend one or both arms.

In addition, the positions listed below must also be able to perform the following functions:

Dish Operator
Must be able to be subjected to wet floors, temperature extremes and loud noise.
Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds in weight on a regular basis.

Line Cook
Must be able to write English.
Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations as they relate to recipe execution.
Must have the ability lift and carry items up to 50 pounds in weight on a regular basis.
Must possess finger dexterity to use small tools adeptly.

Server Assistant
Must possess good sense of balance, and the ability to lift and carry bus pans and other items up to 25 pounds in weight on a regular basis.

Server/Bartender
Must be able to serve alcohol according to state law.
Must be able to write in English.
Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations in regards to money handling.
Must possess good sense of balance, and the ability to lift and carry bus pans and trays up to 25 pounds in weight on a regular basis.

Door
Must be able to write English.
Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and co-workers.
Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.
Must be able to carry menus, silverware rolls, dishes, etc.

Managers
Must be able to write in English.
Must have the ability to lift 25 pounds frequently and up to 65 pound occasionally.
Must have the stamina to work a minimum of 55 hours per week.
May be required to perform diverse physical tasks.
